Twenty-three members. 16 voting members are appointed by the who Board of Supervisors and 7 ex-officio members.
One member from:
- Adult and Aging Commission
- Behavioral Health Commission
- Children's Coalition
- Commission on the Status of Women and Girls
- Disability Advisory Commission
- Public Health Advisory Board
10 community members who reside on Sacramento County (2 community members from each district)
Ex-officio members
- Deputy County Executive of the Health and Human Services Agency or designee
- Department of Human Assistance Director or designee
- Department of Health Services Director or designee
- Board of Supervisors' Chair or designee
- Department of Child, Family and Adult Services Director or designee
