Title : Do I need to be enrolled in college to apply for the scholarship? (1)

| You do not need to be enrolled in college to apply; however, you will need to provide proof of application and acceptance letter in order for your application to be complete. Furthermore, if you are chosen to receive a scholarship, you must provide proof of enrollment before the funds are issued.

| - Go to the Application tab of the Sacramento County Scholarship website.
- Click the link to download the application.
- Submit the application and the required documents to DHA-Scholarship-Applications. Please review checklist attached to the application to ensure that all requested docs are submitted.

| - You may ask for help printing a hard copy of the application at your local school resource center or counselor's office.
- You can email DHA-Scholarship-Applications. Be sure to leave your full name, phone number, mailing address and preferred email address.
- You can also print for a reasonable price at your local library.

| Sacramento County scholarship is a financial award for a student to further their education and is not required to be repaid. It is funded by employees and participating community members.

Title : Who is eligible for the scholarship? (1)

| - Students currently living in Sacramento County
- Students who are seniors in high school and will be graduating with the class of 2025
- Students entering a two- or four-year accredited college, university, or technical/trade school.
- Students who have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5.
- Students who are on public assistance or low income.
